Here’s another of our Top 10 2013 Wedding Trends…creative ceremony backdrops!  No longer do brides and grooms just march down the aisle and stand in front of the preacher!  Now they had to go and get all fancy on us!  (Of course, from a photographer’s standpoint–my dad’s–it’s a pretty cool background to capture their first kiss!)  Indoors or out, it doesn’t really matter…as long as there is something nearby from which to hang some strings, if necessary, or level ground if you’re going all out and building a stage!

Some couples opt to write their vows on long scrolls of paper (which also double as the aisle runner), some opt for streamers.  Some brides want it to look like they’re marrying in their grandmother’s living room, while still others choose a more elaborate chalkboard sign or al fresco cathedral appeal!
