Cancellations may result in a charge of 30-50% of the rental fee; cancellations the week of the event will result in a 50% charge. Once the rental items are packed onto the truck for delivery a 100% charge applies. Delivery days are in advance of your event.
Specialty linen and china rentals may require an additional deposit against loss or damage. More specific instructions will be included with your order. Please familiarize yourself with these responsibilities.
Customer responsibilities include checking the count and condition of items rented and assuring their safe return. Equipment must be kept secure when not in use and protected from the weather. Many caterers are accustomed to helping their clients with these responsibilities. We include a damage waiver on most of our rental orders averaging 3.5% of the total to cover standard breakage and/or loss. Excessive missing or damaged items will be charged to the customer after the event.
A complete copy of the Rental Terms will be provided with your agreement order. Please read your contract in full and return a signed copy to Classical Tents with your deposit.
